Hi, I’m Jordan, a licensed New York City tour guide with a master's degree in education and experience as an NYC event producer. I love New York, have lived here for 35 years, and have led walking tours for most of my NYC life.

I’m also a stress management expert, went to NYU, taught at Columbia, lived through 9/11, and even argued with the real Soup Nazi (Seinfeld) — all of which enrich my knowledge of New York's unique culture and craziness.

TOUR 1: Greenwich Village Highlights

That started here! He did that there! We’re standing on what! You’ll be awed and inspired by one cool and consequential occurrence after another in this hip, historic and world-famous neighborhood. From Ross and Phoebe, to human rights and living off the grid, the Village continues to impact the way we all live and love. You’ll see Washington Square, Stonewall, the Friends Building and much more.

TOUR 2: Bob Dylan’s Greenwich Village

A Complete Unknown comes to life on this outta sight tour! Many of the apartments, clubs, hotels, and album cover locations where Bob Dylan hung out are still here, waiting for you to see and strike a pose with on this far-out experience that will take you back to 1960s Greenwich Village. We’ll also “meet” Joan Baez, Jimi Hendrix, Bruce Springsteen, and maybe Timothé Chalamet Dylan lookalikes doing their thing in legendary Washington Square Park. Really blow your mind by crashing in the same pad where Dylan lived, loved and lyricized (ask about special customization and additional cost).

Ideal for first-timers and short stays, this flexible tour takes you to Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial/World Trade Center, the subway, Greenwich Village, the Empire State Building, Grand Central Terminal and the Chrysler Building, Fifth Avenue, and Central Park. The length of your tour will determine the number of sites we see. This is an exciting New York experience with an experienced New Yorker.

TOUR 6: The #1 Downtown Train Tour

Stand clear of the closing doors because we’re taking the 1 train downtown to experience something cool and quintessential in each fashionable Lower Manhattan neighborhood where we stop. We’ll alight in Chelsea, the West Village, SoHo, Tribeca and FiDi, with fascinating history and local flavor at each stop. This tour is an exciting way to experience several New York neighborhoods and our remarkable subway in just one morning, afternoon or evening!

  • Yes, we can discuss customizing tours with pickup and drop-off at a hotel, meals and drinks, additional or alternate sites, and other elements, for example. Prices of tours may vary depending on customization particulars. Feel free to ask about customization in the Pick your tour section below.

  • All routes are mostly flat; the Central Park tour does have a few minor hills and stairs. We can take breaks and move at a pace that’s comfortable. Hot and humid weather may make the tours more challenging for some; bring water, hats and sunscreen to make it easier.

  • Yes, as long as they are open, there is at least one public restroom on each tour route.

  • They could be and full refunds will be provided if this is the case regardless of when the tour is cancelled. You are also welcome to cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled tour begins for a full refund. If a tour is canceled, we will send you an email or text at least two hours in advance of the scheduled start of the tour.

  • Full refunds will be provided if tours are canceled at least 72 hours prior to the tour’s start time. Tours cancelled less that 72 hours prior to the tour’s start time will be refunded 80% of the tour’s purchase price.
